This weekend Dynacure, the Strasbourg based company investigating an antisense therapy for the centronuclear myopathies caused by XLMTM and DNM2, launched a new website. They have included a very helpful set of questions and answers about their current clinical trial UNITE-CNM which is testing the compound DYN101 in adults. Dynacure also outline their future clinical trial plans for myotubular and centronuclear myopathy in the adult and paediatric community, should the Phase 1/2 programme prove successful.
