Read about last year’s, 2024 London Hope Walk here!

Join us at 10.30am on Saturday 20th September for this year’s London Hope Walk.

Our annual Hope Walk has been held since 2008, having been instigated by a wonderful group of supporters – Jo, Lizze and Laura.  Each year we are joined by 60 plus walkers, all with a common goal – to raise research funds to continue the work of finding a treatment for myotubular and centronuclear myopathy.

We meet on London Bridge for a quick ‘hello’ and to have our traditional group photo taken. Then we set off, at whatever pace suits you best, and cross 10 of London’s iconic bridges, taking in some great landmarks along the way.  We finish in Battersea Park where there’s a chance for a chat, a brownie and flapjack and more photos.

There are places to stop for a drink or snack along the way, and you’ll have your own downloadable map so you can walk at your own pace and stop and start at your leisure.

So many of our Hope Walkers come along year on year – it’s a great chance to meet other supporters and only goes to show that it really is a lovely event to take part in with some fantastic photo opportunities en route.

We would love to see you there if you can make it and registration couldn’t be easier.  Simply email contact@myotubulartrust.org letting us know you can join us, and we will send you details on instructions on registering and setting up your fundraising page.

Be inspired to join us in 2025…
